The illustration which appears on the home page of this website is called 'The Neighbourhood'. It was created by freelance designer and illustrator John Ossoway, someone I have known for many years and used to work at the same company as (Graduate Prospects), where I was a website developer and he a website designer. After seeing some of his amazing illustrations I commissioned him to design some business cards for me. I gave him a quick sketch and idea of what I wanted (something in the style of the film Howl's Moving Castle, which he immediately identified as Steam Punk) and he did an excellent job creating the illustration you see on the home page of this site, for use on the front of my business card. The illustration in the cog, to the left, is another of his illustrations from the 'about' section of his website, Raging Trifle.
